We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a common application service backend that powers the customer messaging and interactive feature sets for multiple streaming services, including Disney+ and Hulu.

As Senior Product Manager - Messaging Systems, your initial focus area will be the customer messaging platform, a crucial part of the holistic user experience. You will work closely with engineering to design a messaging platform for both off-app (email and push) and in-app messaging that is both conducive to innovation across the organization and highly reliable and scalable. You will also be given the opportunity to innovate on new messaging platform capabilities and user experience to impact customer engagement.
This role is highly cross-organizational and cross-functional. You will be expected to be comfortable collaborating with a wide breadth of colleagues from different functions (from legal to marketing to customer service to engineering) as well as peer product managers from different domains (discovery, commerce, identity, etc...).
