Hulu’s TAO (Talent & Organization) team is seeking an Associate HRIS Analyst who will be an outstanding addition to our People Analytics team. As an Associate HRIS Analyst, you will be the key resource for ensuring internal controls are compliant and fielding audit requests, work within the HRIS team to champion the quality and integrity of data collected, collaborate with the other areas of the organization to ensure consistent reporting of information, and analyze and make recommendations for improved data quality. The right person for this role has a strong attention to detail, sets a high quality bar for him/herself, loves to solve problems, and is intellectually curious.
