SUMMARY

Hulu’s Ad Analytics team is seeking a Senior Revenue and Inventory Analytics Analyst who will be an exceptional addition to our Advertisement Sales team. You will be responsible for the analysis of the organizations holistic sales portfolio enabling strategic decision-making. The role will identify and consolidate key performance indicators by transaction types and sales verticals to evaluate performance against short and long-term goals. The right person for this role is a highly motivated problem-solver who is comfortable interpreting large data sets and communicating results throughout a sales organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide Sales Leadership with clear insights into business drivers to inform strategic decisions. Develop consistent outputs (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting as well as presentations) to evaluate sales metrics, assess risk and find opportunities.
  • Consolidate data sets across sales verticals and transactions types to identify macro trends and inform strategic business decisions across the Sales organization
  • Develop and maintain advanced modeling tools and forecast methodologies to support the financial planning process; identify and communicate variances from actualized revenue vs. budgets and forecasts
  • Work with Sales Leads to define key performance indicators. Consolidate these metrics to report and communicate results across teams

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within a Corporate FP&A, Reporting or Analytics role
  • Demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis, including annual budgeting and long-term planning
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software; expert Excel and PowerPoint user
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an unstructured and dynamic environment

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • MBA or graduate degree in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Operations or related field
  • Detailed knowledge of ad sales processes and critical reporting metrics
  • Experience with Business Intelligence/Reporting tools (i.e. MicroStrategy, Think-Cell)
  • Experience with CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce)
