Hulu’s Talent and Organization team is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager who will be an outstanding addition to our Talent and Organization team. As a Workplace Experience Manager at Hulu, you will be responsible for the safety, security, comfort and productivity of Hulugans, Nulugans and Guests in the Seattle office. The right person for this role has a strong attention to detail, sets a high bar for him/herself, is hands-on, is highly organized and has a relentlessly positive attitude. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and gains personal satisfaction when successfully prioritizing a wide range of projects, then this is a great role for you.


  • Ensure consistent presentation and function of high quality office space and in-office services in Seattle
  • Coordinate and perform completion of day-to-day requests using our facilities ticketing system, including event set up, supplies ordering, maintenance requests, etc.
  • Track Seattle office budgets, manage vendors and oversee maintenance staff
  • Help to create a culture that embraces fun by planning and executing events and internal communications
  • Partner with on-site Talent Advisor to help facilitate on-site interviews and on-boarding tasks where needed and provide out of office coverage
  • Proactively solve seating for incoming headcount by working collaboratively with Regional Manager, on-site Talent Advisor and Site Director
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager to adjust and implement worldwide programs in the Seattle office,


  • 4+ years of professional experience with demonstrated success in the key responsibilities for this role
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience in MS Excel, MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
  • Working knowledge of facilities operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization and efficiency; proven ability to manage multiple projects at a given time
  • Strong time management skills
  • A relentlessly positive attitude
  • Comfort and familiarity in dealing with highly confidential information


  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience with facilities build-out projects or project management
  • HR experience
